As a result, StoneArch bundles a base level of training with all of its solutions and has organized its training around two tracks: Administrator and End User Training. StoneArch offers a variety of training methods including on-site, train-the-trainer sessions, webinars and individual on-on-one training. It can be tailored to fit your organization’s needs.
Administrator Training: Administrator training covers more technically rigorous topics and is geared for the individuals within your organization that will assume overall ownership for the management of the StoneArch solution. Individuals who complete this track should have the intent of becoming subject matter experts and the desire to manage the on-going maintenance of the software. This would include adapting the system to your company’s changing security and system requirements.
In addition, these individuals will serve as our on-site experts to assist end users with questions and software use issues. Typical topics covered in Administrator Training include:
